A second call was placed a few minutes later about the smell and requesting a room change to the resort room level but were told that although moments before there were resort rooms that none were available; the male we spoke with told us the best he could do was to send housekeeping up to use some spray for the smell.

27. The hallways never appeared to be vacuumed, the ashtrays by the elevators overflowed with cigarette butts at all times of the day and night, dirty dishes sat outside of rooms for hours at a time, the windows in the 'scenic' elevator were streaked with dirt, the handsets in the room looked untouchable, several of the hallways smelled of mold-and that just to names a few of the cleanliness issues.

29. This hotel appeared fairly respectable throughout the main floor, elevator, and hallways, but I opened my door to find several rips in the wall paper, and entered the room to a faint cigarette smell (this is almost standard with old casino hotels in Vegas, even if they are now deemed 'non-smoking').

44. Other disadvantages for me: the Hilton has no poker room, the casino's ventilation system could use an upgrade (cigarette smoke smell all over), and the off-the-strip location.
45. Considering that the room after 4 days never smelled a hint of cleaning products, beware of the soap that lies in where people have urinated in the shower and could have foot fungus - yeah ok.
