1. The rooms are a mess (I had dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom) and the staff is rude and unapologetic.

The windows were so dirty, we had to keep the shades drawn so our customers could not see the grime, the sofas had stains on all sides of the cushions and the doors were broken, I was stuck at this hotel due to a tradeshow but I will not make this mistake again, I have already communicated to the trade association regarding my experience and have told everyone I know in my industry that no matter how convenient this hotel may seem, it is a filthy dirty mess that is not fit for human occupation.

5. The carpets were badly stained, bathroom a mess and worse was the stains on the valance around the bed, with what looked like, without being too explict, a previous occupiers reaction to too much drink or food.

7. Since I traveled alone this trip, I had plenty of towels to use for my 4 nights, and I only messed up one bed.
