2. The windows were so dirty, we had to keep the shades drawn so our customers could not see the grime, the sofas had stains on all sides of the cushions and the doors were broken, I was stuck at this hotel due to a tradeshow but I will not make this mistake again, I have already communicated to the trade association regarding my experience and have told everyone I know in my industry that no matter how convenient this hotel may seem, it is a filthy dirty mess that is not fit for human occupation.

3. I am responsible for sales and marketing for a global telecommunications company and we made the mistake of booking this hotel last year when it was still the Las Vegas Hilton and not knowing it would be sold.

7. We had some problems with the 1-800 room reservations when we canceled our last nite there due to a change in plans, however when we spoke to the front desk directly, they had no problems with our change, and assured us it was fine - they phone line had made a mistake.

10. I finally fished out the email confirmation two days later and when I brought it to Michael's (in marketing) attention they said I had to understand it was a mistake and that I shouldn't just expect those features on a package where I got a 4th night free instead of a 3 night stay with the features.
