1. It was never complicated, the staff or the system simply suffered from a total lack of communication.

4. CASINO- i found the casino very lacking in excitement ,alot of machines are older, very few new machines, table games very limited and no Live poker .

7. the casino itself is lacking in gaming area but its also not as packed as on the strip so it equals out.

9. Yes, it is old, and lacking anything much fancy like waterfalls or lions and dolphins, BUT our room was very clean, very comfortable, convenient and worked just fine for us.

10. Overall there is no lack of choices for hotels in Vegas, so if not attending a convention stay on the strip.
