1. I found no issues with cleanliness during my four days and everything worked as it should throughout the stay.

5. The only issue I had was that the toilet was in the same room as the vanity & shower/tub, so we didn't have privacy when getting ready as a group.

6. The staff issue was we asked the barman for a cocktail menu, his response was that they don't have one and that he just makes it up as he goes along.

7. When we checked out we mentioned the issues to the desk cleark and they could care less never once asked to elaborate or if there was anything they could do to make the stay memorable just here's your receipt, thank you, goodbye.

9. The hotel staff were very responsive when we called with issues (no hair dryer in the room, noisy neighbors, etc) and there is a monorail stop at the hotel.
