1. Our excellent adventure from August of 2010 was quickly dashed on the rocks, so as far as us staying here again - 'Quote the Raven, NEVERMORE'.

5. In the event I rocked up earlier than planned (I thought it'd just be a sleep and that's it) so decided to go to the strip, for which there is the transport that goes from the hotel to the [back of] the strip.

6. So whilst good to visit all these great/interesting/luxurious hotels - Monorail right outside links to all strip hotels - it was a delight to return to a slightly, less grand old lady, who pipes good rock music around the hotel, has no themes, and makes me feel like a youngster in comparison.

9. The pool area is okay, but it's definitely not the 'happening' pool scene that you can find at places like MGM Grand, The Palms, or Hard rock Hotel.
