1. I also told the clerk how the shower had mold and we found a piece of women's underware (or bikini bottom - best case scenario) between the curtains and the window.

Stained carpet and furniture, ripped upholstery, mold in bathroom, separation in the walls (especially around the elevators), strange stuff hanging from the ceiling in the walk ways around to the rooms, elevators out of service on a couple of occasions (this was really fun since one elevator was stuck on the first floor, you couldn't get any of the other elevators to come down to the first floor, you had to wait until someone rode one down.
