1. not a big deal, just surprised to find that type of attitude for welcoming guests.

2. I also noticed that the jacuzzi tub wasn't very clean - I never planned to use it so this wasn't a big deal to me and I didn't even notice it until the day before we were leaving.

3. The bazaar marketplace is difficult to find, and the shopping offered there is not up to the standard of the Mandalay, or any of the other shopping precincts, but the walkways make it really close to those facilities, so not a big deal to walk to another hotel.

I made a big deal about the resort fee and when I started to speak a little loudly at the check-in desk so other guests could hear what they were being tricked in to, the resort fee was very quickly waived (and it was waived for the couple beside us too) so its worth complaining about this ridiculous fee that is only charged by MGM resorts, some as much as $22 a day.

9. At the end of the day when you are in Vegas you are there to escape reality, not stay in touch with it so its not a big deal.

10. You have to use your key everytime you push a floor button on the elevator, which isn't a big deal, unless the every single time you go in the elevator you get in with other peple who can not for the life of them figure out they need their key.
