Stayed at the Luxor April 6-10th, this hotel was shameful, we put a deposit on a room, they gave the room away, gave us a upgrade that was a downgrade, then charged extra 80 buck for ' resort fee', what?, room was filthy it had nasty bobbypins on the floor everyday even though the maid came everyday a jacuzzi in the room but every jacuzzi in the whole hotel had 'broken jets', the the fridge didn't work and neither did the ice machine on the floor or the floor above, it just was overall bad and unplesant.
