3. The biggest complaint we had with this hotel, was complete lack of amenities in the hotel, the fact that not one bottle of water was placed in the room (most of the other hotels do this as a courtesy, and don't charge 4 dollars for a bottle of water in the 24/7 shops.

5. I have no complaints of smelling smoke in the hotel at any time; except slightly in the Casino but really then it wasnt even that bad.

6. My only complaint is that in my 5 night stay i had to call housekeeping 3 of them to come makeup the room.

8. That said, our complaint is with virgin (Luxor staff very helpful and gave us free drink vouchers to relax, virgin not so helpful at first request)Overall, hotel very good, near the airport so easy if driving after a long flight.
