1. A lack of natural light into the pyramid further detracts from the novel experience.

2. The biggest complaint we had with this hotel, was complete lack of amenities in the hotel, the fact that not one bottle of water was placed in the room (most of the other hotels do this as a courtesy, and don't charge 4 dollars for a bottle of water in the 24/7 shops.

3. One thing that I really hate about Vegas hotels is the lack of a coffee maker or fridge in the room.

4. I am a paying customer in the hotel and I have to put up with this?It's a lack of respect for me and I won't stay in this hotel again for that reason alone.

5. The rooms are large and ours overlooked the pool, which was nice, but it lacked basic things like a fridge, a safe and a toilet brush.

7. 3) Rooms - stayed in the West tower - the supposed better room - closet door knob came off when I opened it - lack of outlets for phone and laptop - wired Internet from the back of the TV? No Wi Fi in the room?? Awful.

9. I was, and still am, utterly disgusted at the lack of assistance or even concern provided by the hotel staff, security, restaurant staff, and patrons of the Luxor.
