1. After complaining I was given an upgraded room, but the experience was terrible.

5. It wasn't a terribly loud noise, but you could definitely hear the rumbling without the TV on and also it took up our entire view.

6. parking is terrible if your lucky you can park at Imperial Palace or property on corner and then walk 1/4 mileRooms are really dated although not bad.
