1. The pool is nice but you are treated like a criminal just to get in and the service around the pool is horribly slow.

10. A few issues seem to need attention:-Lines to check in wound around the lobby with exhausted-looking guests sitting on their suitcases while they waited for an under-staffed and slow front desk staff to check them in.
