1. The room was dusty, dirty, and the air conditioning system squeaked and screamed the whole time - plus the vent cover worked itself loose and fell open, dropping two EXTREMELY filthy filters on the floor and spraying dust and dirt all over the place, including into the closet and onto our clothes.

4. I have read other reviews regarding dirty carpets etc, yes there were some, but not in my bedroom, think how many people a day pass through each day dragging dirt, spilling drinks etc, its going to happen.
