1. I was a little concerned as I was walking to my room because the hallway carpet is filthy, stained and worn, but once I got into the room, I was pleased.

The room was dusty, dirty, and the air conditioning system squeaked and screamed the whole time - plus the vent cover worked itself loose and fell open, dropping two EXTREMELY filthy filters on the floor and spraying dust and dirt all over the place, including into the closet and onto our clothes.
