3. As if that wasn't bad enough, the blow dryer's plastic housing was broken and a fire hazard, and the vent over the shower was falling out, and the shower wouldn't drain.

5. The carpet outside the room looked like it had been there since the 70's, Had a piece of metal in an outlet old broken plug, it took 10 hours and 3 call to get someone there to safely remove this broken plug, People great rooms substandard.

8. Smelled terrible, water in the bathroom ran non-stop, shower worked intermittedly, maids slammed into adjoining room door and woke us up, broken glass for 3 days outside our door, salt shaker outside door all four nights there, came back to room twice to find garbage bags outside our door.

9. First off we booked our room at the beginning of December to make sure we got a non-smoking room due to issues with sleeping in a smokey room, the room we had booked and had a confirmation for did not exist so we had no room, they ended up putting us in a horribly dirty room that we noticed the following morning had puke stains down the drapes, a broken chair, dirty bathroom and to top it all off blankets and a bottom sheets that had burnt holes in them.

10. One of the lights in the room was broken,had a light bulb in it , but were the light bulb screws into , it was all hanging sideways and broken off , light still worked , just had to be careful turning it on and off lol , we didnt use it after I HAD to try and see if it worked .
