1. The casino gets very smoky -- I grew up with smokers and I am not a smoking snob -- however there is only so much a non smoker can take -- poor ventilation -- the casino is not bad during the day but at night too many people that smoke.

4. I can get past some of the room issues, and maybe even the line issues (you are in vegas afterall), but i can not get past poor service on a regular basis when spending so much money trying to enjoy a vacation.

7. Andy apologized and was very nice, but I was left with the impression that not only do the front desk associates have poor customer service skills, their manager has poor customer service skills as well.

8. We always had enjoyed our stays at this hotel before, and do expect some issues with every stay at a hotel, however, combining poor hotel room, lack of basic services, and low quality customer service, we can honestly say this will be our LAST stay at the Flamingo.
