1. Major thoughts about the room were that while it was nice there definitely were signs of wear and tear and minor cosmetic issues that really didn't bother us in the slightest.

3. Last year I stayed in a standard deluxe room, and while there were some stains on the rug and a lamp shade with a tear, I actually enjoyed the comfortable chair and love seat for reading, TV and relaxing.

7. I think I must have looked so frazzled and perhaps on the verge of tears that the desk clerk took pity on me and found a room in another tower for me.

8. Same older style tile in bathroom and wall coverings have not been replaced as mine looked'old' and had a tear in one place and scuffed area in another; neither looked recent.
