1. Checking in was ok although a bit slow? Checking out was easy and the business centre allows for checking in and printing boarding cards.

2. Negatives were the restaurants in the hotel were all a really poor version of Friday's all frozen and then microwaved meals plus the check in process was slow and cost more than when we had booked the room online.
