1. The line to check-in was ridiculously long - it took us approximately 20 minutes of standing in line to get to a clerk.

4. Two bad points were firstly the show Zumanity (worst show I have ever seen)second complaint would be the America restaurant where the service is poor and waiting time is ridiculous, I even left before the main course arrived as I had been waiting over an hour.
