1. The restaurants were all buzzing, the pubs were rocking and the Casino had less of a sleezy feel to it then others had and the patrons were of an older sect - more late 30s + compared to the under 30's frequenting a lot of the other venues.

4. Go to the rock bar in the front of Planet Hollywood as they have the best deep fried dill pickles and the ribs (beef or pork) were to die for and if you are early enough it is not full of the younger crowd and enjoyable.

5. I booked NY NY as our hotel for a little getaway in early December, I was running the rock'n'Roll Half Mary, my better half wanted to squeeze in 2 new golf courses (Cascata, Shadow Creek) before the end of the year and oh yea we were getting hitched.

7. Attractions to see 'Hoover Dam', 'Valley of Fire' and 'Red rock Canyon' - we rented a car and was able to see these three attractions.
