1. All I would say to the management of the hotel is lose the resort fee, the wifi is poor and with no pool it's hardly a resort.

2. Negatives were the restaurants in the hotel were all a really poor version of Friday's all frozen and then microwaved meals plus the check in process was slow and cost more than when we had booked the room online.
