1. The rooms are nice, the service is good, and there's just enough gambling to keep everyone happy (or maybe sad depending on if you're winning or losing).

4. we were at red rock resort for hip hop international, our time here was fantastic, from checking in all during our stay and sadly leaving.

5. sad to write this because I as said we have been here many times and just feel that they didn't hold up the customer service end of the deal that I listened to for over a half an hour when I was on hold trying to find out if we could extend our stay.

6. There are several restaurants within the hotel (that I heard were very good, although I did not get to experience them 1st hand sadly).

9. Husband & I shose to stay at the Red Rock - in spite of better rates at other Premium resorts on the Vegas Strip - because of reviews that described the service as top notch - sadly that was not our experience.
