From rooms that look beautiful but are poorly insulated from noise when a door is shut nearby or the late night music at the Cherry club which was fantastically designed so its music penetrates all the rooms with scenic views, to trying to reach the front desk just about anytime, to the terribly mediocre food, to the spa which feels more like a factory than a relaxing place to unwind, to incompetent/poorly trained staff who generally don't seem to care or follow-up on anything.
