3. I've heard good things about the hotel so I was really surprised and annoyed when I discovered that my room was in the farthest end of the hallway of almost 60 rooms which makes for the longest walk to get to any hotel room, in my experience.

4. This is annoying enough when you're not in a rush - when you have a meeting to attend and it takes ten minutes just to get in and out of the lifts, it's incredibly frustrating.

7. When will it stop? $50/day? $100/day? The resort fee alone wouldn't bother me so much had the cooler incident not occurred but that really spoiled my impression of RR so the resort fee is now that much more annoying.

8. In the treatment room where we received our massage, the music playing was whiny and annoying, there were no spa-like aromas, no mood setters, just 2 tables in a room with no ambiance to speak of.
