1. We had an issue with our curtains and they were there to fix it within 10 minutes of calling.

The building has apparently stopped at a nearby building site, due to funding issues so noise wasn't a problem from this (i had seen this on other reviews)The hotel: I was there for a conference, this is a good location for a conference many nicely air conditioned rooms with outside seating for lunch etc.
