1. Luggage arrived without any problem.

2. The MGM grand has plenty of places to eat from the food court to the buffet to fine dining, it also has a monorail station and the Deuce bus stops nearby so getting about is not a problem.

3. There was no kettle which is a problem for a tea drinker, we asked twice if they could provide one and on both occasions was told they don't have any available.

5. The other problem with the Strip view rooms is the monorail goes right by the Signature towers, on the same side as the Strip view rooms.

8. We did have on-going problems with our keycard in one of the suites and James in maintenance was very helpful.

9. problem solved but it shouldn't have taken more than 36 hours and for me to keep calling Guest Services to have the problem resolved.

10. The first day I contacted the front desk and informed them I was having problems and would like to move to a floor closer to a router.
