of following the signs further down Koval in behind the MGM Grand.

Unfortunately, we were checked into a basic room at MGM Grand initially but realised our
mistake
and moved to Signature which was a million times better.

To make a long story short, we were completely lied to and she would not return the phone calls I had placed to her when she realized she had made

s can happen but when you are told that the hotel prioritises disabled and small children, where did it go wrong.

I due intend on pursuing the refund as I believe
