The only issue we had was with the resort fee that the hotel charges, we got poor Internet access, no water or coffee in our room and no newspaper and since the hotel claims that this is what the resort fee is for I made a point of mentioning this upon checkout at which the receptionist explained that we should have collected our own amenities from reception each day, however since no one had told us this she would remove the resort fee from our account.
