1. We complained to front desk who shrugged it off as no big deal.

2. ) The suites are in towers that are connected to the MGM with a bridge to NYNY and you can also exit out to a side street that is a five minute walk to Planet Hollywood so being technically off the strip is not a big deal at all.

9. The only 2 (small) concerns I would have is that the hallways outside the rooms echo when people talk (we awoke to people coming home one night, but not a big deal), and the WiFi signal is very weak.
