2. complaint is the Resort fee- we never use the gym or other things covered by this fee so we feel like it's extortion on the resort end to have every guest pay it when only a few use the amenities covered by this fee.

3. The only one complaint I do have is the 25$ resort fee in 2010 it was 20$ which was still steep but it included daily in room water and a paper this time there was no water and we never saw a paper? So I guess we paid 25$ for the wifi and coffee in the room we never drank? That's the only one complaint we did have other then that we recommend signature to everyone coming to Vegas.

4. We had no complaints with the service from check in to check out our 6 days went very smoothly all of our wishes were granted.

7. Finally that afternoon an Engineer arrived and provided an Ethernet cord for me to use and made the comment that they are receiving a lot of complaints about the internet.

9. One complaint about the Las Vegas water: it smells like chlorine and feels 'fat', when you wash your hands, it feels your hands will not get clean.

10. The few complaints I have is that I requested to be in Tower 1 with a strip view but was not told until check in that Tower 3 offers the best view of the strip but is a longer walk to the MGM Grand casino.
