2. The only bummer was that you have to pay $50 A DAY if you want an umbrella at the pool- which when you're pasty white and blonde like myself, is a bit of an issue- I just made sure to go inside for a little bit or out of the pool area and into the shade to avoid getting heat-stroke.

3. Yes the resort fee at $25 is expensive, but at least the free wi-fi worked, which is important coming from Australia so as to avoid excessive 3G mobile phone roaming chanrges.

9. We stayed in tower 3 which was the furthest from the MGM, but we could also access the strip by going out the lobby of the tower and avoiding the MGM crowd if we wished.
