1. Check in was bit of a hassle, arrived around 3pm and was told the room wasn't ready and if I went to the bar they'd call me, no call by 5pm so I went back and the guy had gone, I spoke to someone else and they sorted out the room.

3. It was a walk to the main casino floor for the MGM and out to the strip but with the people movers it did not turn into too much of a hassle.

4. I would probably even be willing to book through Luxury Suites since they have discounted rates, but I would call the Signature ahead of time and make sure everything was in order before arriving so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle that I experienced with this booking.

5. Check out was very easy, and we got a discount off resort fees for the hassle on check in.

6. Its a hassle to leave the room and go anywhere, because the walk from the Signature to the main MGM Grand property is long.

9. After all that crap and hassle we went through on the day of check-in, to then have to sleep in a bed like this is unacceptable.
