3. unfortunately, I was greeted by what appeared to be a trainee at the front desk and what should have been a fast process, took forever and was extremely frustrating.

5. We stayed 2 days in this hotel when we visit Disney, This hotel was like a maze, and unfortunately the room assigned for my family was located at very the end of somewhere in this hotel, we had lot of baggage and a strollers with us, but we can't have any one to assist us to bring staffs to my room?? The Room is big with standard comfort Starwood level, but the bathtub in the bathroom was so bad.

9. During Christmas, we had stayed at Sheraton Park for 5 nights and loved it but unfortunately it was booked so stayed at this one, again using Starwood points so can`t comment on the value.

10. There was no shower cap in the room, unfortunately I didn`t bring one and didn`t bother to call housekeeping since I took a shower at 6am.
