1. As others have mentioned, the rooms are a bit dated, but ours was clean and comfortable so we had no complaints.

5. Not sure what people want from there room but we have never had any complaints other than there was a party help in the room next door that woke us up so we called down to the front desk & it was sorted within minutes.
