5. I wrote an E-mail of complaint when I got home and received assurances from the Hotel Manager he would pursue the issue, but we never heard from him again.

9. I did speak to the manager for a few minutes about an issue with a charge for the roll away we had in our room and he was very nice.

10. Why have the line if you are NOT going to attend to it? We had similar issues with hot water at least once during our stay, but we were never offered anything to help with the issue.
