7. Five phone calls to the hotel general manager, Ken Buksa where not returned but he did write the following in a letter he would not do anything about the bugs because I complained during check in and received a free breakfast (the same one covered with flies that made me sick).

8. Other people have complained about the noise - we didn`t find it noisy at all, only when the fireworks go off at Disney - they sound like a bomb going off in the room, but you get great views from the hotel, and they only last for around 10 mins.

10. Strange odour - Dirty bath ( we complained twice but nothing was done about it, management could not care less, we had to scrub it ourselves with Vim) Took showers instead.
