1. So checking process took a lot longer than we had expected and it was hard on our kids who were up early in the morning to catch our flight from the east coast.

9. Why didn't anyone make ANY effort to follow up with us after the first morning of no hot water? The hotel was hardly booked, and the room given (which faced a wall out the window) wasn't the upgrade Starwood Gold status is supposed to offer us.
