4. We had to go around the resort three times to locate where the F building was located, the only problem at night is parking.

5. Thankfully, a quick call to the front desk remedied that problem, and we were promptly relocated into a nice contemporary room overlooking the rose garden.

6. I have stayed there several times and they are 100% better in the room department and in general their staff are more approachable/friendly and more willing to solve problems when they arise.

7. Despite the assurances of the snarly front desk clerk that it was an isolated problem, I think the hot water / sewage smell problem is a function of outdated systems and infrastructure at this hotel and is more common than they care to admit.

8. The next morning went to the front desk yet again and re-explained the problem to different staff who again told us we could stay the full 6 nights.

9. The only problem was, the hotel is a bit of a maze and it took me a while to find the room - even after 6 days there I was still having trouble (probably down to my terrible sense of direct though).
