1. Our only complaint is we ordered room service at midnight and they brought the wrong soda (even though it was on the receipt correct) and skipped out on requested condiments and it took 20 minutes to bring back the correct items and by then the food was cold.

3. To add insult to injury, we were walking on a path that lead to no where because of construction and yet none of them bothered to tell us we were going in the wrong direction.

5. Convention tickets: I purchased them online via the convention link and for some reason I couldn't get them when we checked in as I expected but had to go to the ticketing booth because the online ticketing had the wrong pick-up date on it; certainly not my fault.

10. Day 2 my wife talked to guest services about the strollers, needless to say when we got to the park on day 3 they were wrong, and in a totally different place, so we had to go out the park with the whole family to get the strollers.
