3. There is heavy construction going on at the hotel so the parking is a mess, the main building is a mess, some of the grounds are under construction.

4. The rooms have a nice refrigerator (empty), so you can bring your own beverages and store perishable food, and best of all, no honor bar for the little ones to mess with.

8. (which of course we were) I love Disney and loved their hotels but it is a shame they are letting people stay on site in this mess.

9. Who knew that Bob the builder and others in his profession would play such a key role in our vacation? I did not know that the hotel was such a mess until after I booked.

We won't cone back here, stayed here for the proximity to the park, second time we have done this, but with the mess the property is in and the compete absence of an apology for it on top of the complete lack of staff (around 20 check in stations when we arrived and only one person working - we had to wait 20 minutes to check in.
