1. The check where we were met by Pluto and chip & Dale was fun - and the waiting area with the teacup seats was great.

2. On-site restaurants are generally very good, and we plumped for the 'character breakfast' at Goofy's Kitchen, where costumed cast from the park made it a point to stop by all tables and interact (we had Goofy, chip of chip & Dale, Rafiki of the Lion King, and Pluto all come on by and clown around-- and we were a child free table).

5. In Goofy's Kitchen, Goofy, Pluto, Minnie Mouse, chip & Dale, Snow White, and Fairy Godmother all stopped by our table and spent time with our son.

Our room was fairly clean but there was small pieces of paper under the bed, staining on the back of the bathroom door and chips of wood missing from the front of the door, so much so that I did maintenance to see if they could apply duct tape so no one would get a splinter if they hit the door by accident.

8. The breakfast at the Story Teller Cafe at the Grand with chip and Dale does not hold a candle to 'Goofy's Kitchen'.

9. The hotel cleaning staff had to have wheeled the vacuum cleaner over those chips 20 times a day, but they never bother picking them up.

10. After 4 days the chips were still not vacuumed up, we had to step over them every time we entered and exited our room.
