The cascading series of decisions by Disney that brought me to this review - the poor front-desk performance, the decision to keep a dramatically outdated and worn-out hotel property open during a renovation, the decision to charge full prices to guests staying there - really makes me question Disney's current management.

8. We passed one of the old rooms and while they have old style charm they are outdated and I would have been very disappointed to get one of those.
