1. The poolside service was a little slow it looked like they only had 2 people working on each pool.

4. There were a few other negatives: the first day our rooms were not cleaned until 6 in the evening even though we were in the park the entire day, the internet connection is extremely slow and there are limited eating options in the hotel during the day.
