1. Two 'business person' improvements I could suggest: 1) The rigid wooden chairs at the desks are too uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time.

7. Never smiled - definitely not the Happiest Place on Earth, had mold in my room, beds were uncomfortable, water pressure was fluctuating and hot water ran out.

10. Speaking of polyester, we thought the poor staff could use a uniform upgrade - Disney is so modern now, and the uniforms look like they were directly from the opening of the park in 1923 (not that the staff complained, but the uniforms looked horribly uncomfortable).
