The mattresses are old and hard, the carpeting is dirty and made the bottom of our feet black, the sinks in the bathroom had a disgusting smell coming up from them, the shower had 4-5 inches of standing water in it every time we used it, the maid mistakenly took my daughter's nightime stuffed animal we believe when she changed the sheets and the hotel never followed up on it and it was never found, the plumbing is extremely loud when the showers start in the mornings.
