1. With this kind of management (or lack thereof) they are going to be turning away many Disney enthusiasts.

4. The hotel has multiple dining areas including a steakhouse, Goofy's Kitchen (we didn't eat there because we heard the character interaction was lacking--we did Minnie's breakfast in the park), and the newly opened Tangaroa Terrace which is that counter service option.

This decision is based on the inaccurate info provided by the hotel reservations about the construction situation (they have lost our trust), lack of knowledge key staff should have, and certainly the 'I'm being nice because I have to be nice' vibe we picked up from more than a few of the hotel staff.
