1. The room was musty, carpet torn and worn in places, paint peeling on the walls and stained or mildew in certain places.

2. We got more than our money's worth given the $47 rate Place was somewhat worn, but our room was clean, the mattress satisfactory, the staff was very friendly and helpful; and a big plus was the providing of a free shuttle service to wherever we needed to go for restaurants.

3. Here is a list of SOME of the things I observed during my extensive time there: the room furniture is old and worn - missing knobs, doors, etc.
