4. The view of the broken picnic table from my balcony with the dirty $5 plastic chair and the extremely disappointing outdoor 'spa' with plastic, rocks, a lawn mower, hose and weeds surrounding it was the final straw that made me cancel my reservation and find another hotel at 10pm.
