5. The second room was better, the A/C worked and the air wasn't foul, so we decided to take the room instead of finding another hotel, which had been our plan if we'd had to stay in the same awful room another night.

6. The A/C didn't work, the room smelled awful (it reeked of cigarette smoke and mold, was supposedly a non-smoking room) and the walls didn't dampen any noise at all.

10. The elevators are awful; the one near to the pool goes to the basement every time you want to go up, and the other one will go to the highest floor even if it is the farthest away.
